What better way to enjoy an afternoon of sports than with a huge platter of ooey-gooey, bacon-stuffed pretzels? They’re easy enough to pop in your mouth with one hand and grip the remote with the other – ha! Just watch as a huddle forms around these babies – you’ll need to call a time-out just to make sure there’s one left for you.
Unroll Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust onto cutting board. Cut out 10 to 15 (5x3-inch) strips. Place 1 cheese cube in center of each strip; sprinkle each with bacon. Wrap dough around cheese and bacon to resemble knot; pinch dough to seal tightly.
Place knots on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush them with oil.
Now sprinkle the tops with some coarse salt. This is what gives them a pretzel flavor.
Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes, or until they’re slightly golden. Serve warm and gooey with some salsa or queso for dipping and dip away.
