If you love buffalo chicken, then you will love these waffles! Sweet-yet-spicy chicken is drenched with melted mozzarella over a warm biscuit waffle. This quick dinner will wow everyone! Buffalo Chicken Waffles
Start by spraying your waffle maker with cooking spray; heat waffle maker. Unravel biscuit dough from can. Separate into eight biscuits. Place one biscuit into the center of waffle maker; close lid. Cook for two minutes, or until golden-brown. Repeat with all biscuits. Biscuit on a waffle maker, stack of waffles
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine hot sauce and brown sugar. Microwave mixture for one minute. Stir. Pour mixture into a bowl with the cooked, shredded chicken. Stir to combine. Pouring buffalo sauce into a bowl of shredded chicken
Line two baking sheets with foil or parchment paper. Place four waffles on each baking sheet. Top each waffle with ¼ cup chicken mixture. Top chicken with ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for five minutes, or until cheese is melted. Waffles topped with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and shredded cheese
Remove from oven and serve each waffle warm, with drizzles of ranch dressing and chopped green onion.
