5 ideas for easy rotisserie chicken meals:

  1. Shred the chicken onto tortillas, add a squirt of hoisin sauce and a bit of coleslaw, then roll it up for a delicious meal.
  2. Slice the chicken and place pieces on a plate. Add a basket of hot Pillsbury Grands!® biscuits and a dish of heated gravy from a jar. Then let everyone assemble their own biscuit-and-gravy sandwiches.
  3. Shred the chicken and refrigerate. Make rotini pasta and cool; toss cooled chicken with the pasta, adding mayo and a dab of mustard. Add some dried cherries or cranberries, toasted almonds or walnuts and diced celery or apple.
  4. Shred the chicken and follow the directions on a package of Old El Paso® taco seasoning for a great alternative to ground beef taco filling
  5. Slice summer veggies into fork-sized strips. (Green peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini are good starters.) Stir-fry with strips of rotisserie chicken. Add in bottled stir-fry sauce. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
