How I'm Serving Roasted Garlic Chicken Penne

I love how easy it is to ramp up this made-it-a-million-times classic of noodles and chicken with roasted garlic and veggies for a whole new and exciting meal.

Here's how I make it my own:

  • Pile on extra veggies during the last step (like drained and chopped Progresso Artichoke Hearts)
  • Swap the noodles for white or brown rice if you don’t have pasta handy 
  • Sprinkle on parmesan before serving for a savory finish
