Like most families, we have a very busy schedule. My husband and I both work full-time, so between work, the kids’ school and activities we don’t get too much family time during the week. That’s why I make dinnertime a priority.
These creamy chicken bundles are packed full of flavor with the chicken, garlic and bell pepper. The Alfredo sauce adds creaminess and brings extra flavor with every bite. Your family will love them!
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Line two large cookie sheets with foil and spray with cooking spray. Unravel crescent dough from cans. Press together two of the triangles at perforations to form one rectangle. You will have eight rectangles total; four from each can.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1 cup of the Alfredo sauce, garlic, bell pepper and spinach. Stir until combined.
Take 1/2 cup of chicken mixture and place onto the center of one rectangle.
Take the corners of dough and fold over the top of the filling. Gently press the dough together to hide all of the filling. Repeat with all rectangles and filling.
Bake bundles for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
Serve bundles with the extra Alfredo sauce and enjoy!
