I just love crème brûlée. And to make it even better, I mashed it up with a dessert pizza! This recipe is light, but so jam-packed with flavor. The flaky pie crust is a tasty base for the almost cheesecake-like topping. Once you take a bite, you’ll see that just one slice is not enough! Crème Brûlée Pizza
Unroll the defrosted pie crust and place it onto the 8-inch pie pan. Crimp the edges as best as you can and poke shallow holes into the dough with a fork. Cream cheese, Pillsbury Pie Crust, butter, cinnamon
Now brush the entire crust and edges with melted butter and sprinkle on some cinnamon. Then bake the crust at 350°F for approximately 12 minutes, or just until it’s golden. While it’s baking, mix together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl.

Once the crust is out of the oven and has cooled, top it with the cream cheese mixture and then top that with 1/4 cup sugar (or a little more if you’d like a thicker shell).

Now torch that baby until it’s golden, crispy and smells like sweet, sugary heaven! Torching the sugar on top of the creme brulee pizza
Cut it up into slices as if it’s a “normal” pizza…but we know it’s NOT!
