Cheesy Italian Monkey Bread How-To

This popular treat isn't just for breakfast anymore.
Waking up to ooey-gooey caramel monkey bread is an amazing start to the day. But how about a cheesy monkey bread? Wouldn't that make an excellent addition to your Italian dinners? (Actually, this savory pull-apart would be great with any meal.) With just a few simple ingredients, you will be on your way to an irresistible new family fave.

Here's what you'll need. (You will also need butter, but I was so excited to make this that I forgot to add it to the picture!)

cheesy monkey bread ingredients
Using a pizza cutter, cut each biscuit into quarters. I do about a half a can at a time. Mix grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in gallon-size bag. Shake biscuit quarters in the bag to coat each piece. preparing biscuits for monkey bread
Put half of the seasoned biscuits in a greased fluted pan and then sprinkle with ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. biscuit dough and cheese in bundt pan
Finish layering the rest of the seasoned biscuit pieces. Sprinkle with any extra seasoning mixture. Pour melted butter over biscuits and bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Turn the pan upside down on a plate. Pull individual pieces off of the loaf to serve with marinara dipping sauce. Enjoy! baked bread and dipping sauce
