For all Blue Cheese Lovers-I thought I would post my recipe for Blue Cheese Dressing, which is a reduced fat version.
4 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbles-room temperature
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Worchestershire
2 or 3 dashes of garlic powder (not garlic salt)
1 pint Helmanns Lowfat Mayo (The new version doesn't break down)
Mash and stir blue cheese with lemon juice, worchestershire and garlic powder. When thoroughly combined, fold in mayo gently but thoroughly. Chill at least 12 hours for flavors to mingle. Thanks for a great sight. ldbayou
