Dinnertime Dash

It’s 5:45, and I’ve got to get my daughter fed and off to gymnastics practice by 6:15. What’s a mom to do?  What are some of your best 20-minute, what’s on hand meals?

Re: Dinnertime Dash

something very fast and easy is just taking pillsbury cresent rolls and wrap them around hotdogs. takes 5 minutes and kids enjoy them.

Another easy one with cresent rolls is putting shredded cheese and a pepperoni in them and baking. If you want you can also sprinkle parmeasan cheese on top.  Then you have quick pizza pockets.

Re: Dinnertime Dash

I use Pillsbury Pizza crust.i cut it in half byou can cut it into quarters.I put some alfredo sauce and then a handful of your favorite chese then I put in a handful of diced  cooked chicken about a quater cup and then about a quater cup ofartichoke hearts, but you can pretty much put your favorite toppings in it.I then fold it over the ingredients and pinch the edges closed.i bake it for about 15 mins in a preheated 400 degree oven or until golden brown serve it with a salad and you have a quick dinner.
