I had a recipe years ago and still use the same one. Mix 1 lb. ground meat with left over pasta sauce or I have used some from a jar. I use about 2 cups or until somewhat wet. I pour the cooked mixture into a casserole dish, cover with sliced mushrooms and cover that with grated cheese. We like lots of cheese. I then put a refrigerator pizza crust from Pillsbury over the top and seal the edges. I brush the crust with milk or egg white and sprinke grated parmesan lightly over that. Bake at 350 for about 20-25mins or until golden and bubbly. Bon Apetite! Johnye Colling-Saylor
