stuffed bell pepper receipe

I'm looking for a recepie that is for stuffed bell peppers. It was in one of the magazines I believe last year and it was featured in the Hamburger magazine. If anyone has it could you please help me out. I know that the bell pepper is stuffed with hamber and rice but i can't remember all the other ingredients.

Re: stuffed bell pepper receipe

If you like stuffed bell peppers that are a little spicy, please try this:

Parboil 4 or 5 hollowed out bell peppers.  I prefer green but I guess any color pepper is ok.  The stuffing is made with Zatarain's Jambalaya mix.  I prepare the jambalaya with Hillshire Farms smoked sausage and add sliced jalapenos plus about 2 tablespoons of the jalapeno juice from the jar.  Of course, the jalapenos can be omitted entirely.  Stuff the peppers with the prepared jambalaya and top each with 1 or 2 tablespoons salsa (I use salsa from a jar).  Place in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

If you eat this while listening to Dixieland Jazz your head will explode!!!  Enjoy!
