i purchased a pillsbury cookbook and let a friend borrow a page out of it. i never received it back and it had the recipe for a basic pizza crust that i always used. i wondered if anyone would possibly have it! it would be greatly appreciated! 

If no one responds with the recipe I have a suggestion for you.
Go to your local library and see if they have the same book.  Check it out and photo copy the 2 pages you are missing.
