Lost Recipe from November 2001 Holiday Cookies and Candies

In the November 2001 Holiday Cookies and Candies magazine I believe there were several recipes for Cookies in a Jar mixes. I've misplaced that magazine and have been CRAVING one of the cookies. I'm not sure what they are called but they had white chocolate chips, craisins, oatmeal, and rice crispie cereal. These are some of the best cookies ever and I can't find the recipe anywhere online.

I would appreciate any help! Thanks!

Re: Lost Recipe from November 2001 Holiday Cookies and Candies

jbrommel,

Thank you so much for this cookie recipe. I have also been looking for it for a coupl of years. I gave this cookie-in-a jar to several of my family members for Christmas gifts, back in 2001, and have had several requests for it since. I also lost my copy of the Nov. 2001 Holiday Cookies and Candies issue. I was so happy to go online and find this letter from you in the Pillsbury Forum. My brother, Steve just had his bitrhday on Friday, and we are going out to dinner tonight to celebrate (he, his wife and I) and he is the one who has most requested this recipie. He and his wife really liked the cookies. When I gave them the gifs, I only gave the making and baking part of the recipe, an error I will not do again, and without the ful recipe, I couldnt answer his repeated request for the cookies. Thank you so much for this. Now I will be able to give him the cookies he wants. I'm putting together a jar for him today!

Thanks again
