Lost recipe

Lost recipe

Help, I have lost a page out of my Pillsbury Kitchens Family Cookbook. I am looking for the chili recipe on page 324. The book is a yellow/gold copyright 1979. Thanks D.D

Chili


1 lb. ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

Dash pepper

16- oz. can (2 cups) stewed tomatoes

8-oz. can (1 cup) tomato sauce

15- oz. can (2 cups) kidney beans, undrained



In large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and celery drain excess fat . Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Simmer covered, 30 to 45 minutes until flavors are blended. Stir in beans; heat through.
