crescent roll recipe collections

I'm looking for the recipe using crescent roll recipe collections.  It had a roll of crescent rolls on bottom, cream cheese in the middle and crescent rolls on top.  It was in magazines last year at Christmas.  Can't believe I didn't save it.

Cream Cheese Croissant Squares

2 (8-oz.) cans Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
 

Heat oven to 375°F.  Unroll 1 can of dough; place in ungreased 13x9–inch pan.  Press in bottom to form crust; firmly press perforations to seal.
 
In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the sugar.  Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds or until warm.  Stir cream cheese mixture until smooth; spread evenly over dough in pan.
 
Unroll second can of dough on work surface.  Press to form 13x9–inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal.  Carefully place over cream cheese mixture.
 
In small bowl, combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.  Sprinkle with pecans.  Pour melted butter evenly over dough.
 
Bake at 375°F. for 20 to 27 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool 10 minutes.  Cut into squares.  Serve warm or cool.  Store in refrigerator.
 
Yield:  12 servings

Cream Cheese ´N Raisin Crescent Squares

 

1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup raisins
2 (8-oz.) cans Pillsbury® Refrigerated Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sugar
 

Heat oven to 375°F.  In small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, allspice, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs; beat until well blended.  Stir in raisins. 
 
Unroll 1 can of dough into 2 long rectangles.  Place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan; press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust.  Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.  On waxed paper, unroll remaining can of dough into 2 long rectangles.  Overlap long sides 1/2 inch; firmly press edges and perforations to seal.  Press or roll to form 13x9-inch rectangle; invert over filling and remove waxed paper.  Brush with milk; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
 
Bake at 375°F. for 22 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve warm or cool.  Store in refrigerator.
 
Yield:  16 12 to 16 servings

A good friend of mine made this for me & use to have the recipe for it. I am so glad I have it now. Was one of my faves. My friend has since passed % thought the recipe was lost forever.. thanks

Cresent Bars

 

2 cresent rolls cans

8oz. cream chees

3/4 Cup sugar

1 egg separted

1 teaspoon vanilla

Press cresent roll into a 9by 13 pan.  Mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, an vanilla.  Spread the mixture

over the cresent roll, top with other roll.  Beat egg white till frothy, brush over roll.   Bake 350  for 20 minutes

As for me I have to double this recipe because I can not put one can of cresent rolls in a 9xl3 pan.
