Trying to find Pillsbury Cookbook

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to help a friend replace a much loved, but lost in a move, cookbook.  It was a Pillsbury Bundt Cookbook, one of those soft cover, half-sized cookbooks sold near the checkout line in grocery stores years ago.  All the recipes were Bundt cakes.  She is particularly looking for a recipe with 2 Date Nut Quick Bread Mixes that her family loved.  Can anyone tell me the name of the cookbook so I can search the Web?   I have tried all versions of Pillsbury/Bundt/Mixes to no avail.  Jan, her family and I thank you very much for any help you can share!  Cricket

Re: Trying to find Pillsbury Cookbook

I was trying to find the same cookbook.  It's called 100 New Bundt Ideas.  It was published in 1977, so I've had it for years and I was very unhappy when recently it went missing.

Although it had some truly weird recipes, like the one for a giant ham salad ring, there were several bake from scratch recipes that my family loves.  I did some searching on the web and found a copy at http://www.biblio.com/usedbooksearch.bib  It looks like three are available through Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Bundt-Ideas-Christine-editor-Fossum/dp/B000IRUPGY  Good luck!
