Asian-Spiced Cashew-Chicken Piadinis vs. Seville Chicken Tapas

It's right before lunch and the new You Be The Judge voting challenge just went live. My mouth is watering!  (I’d take both of these over my peanut butter and jelly sandwich!) [:)] Anyways-

Tell us which recipe you voted for and why! How did they taste? Would you make again?

Asian-Spiced Cashew-Chicken Piadinis (From Brett Youmans from Reading, PA)

 vs.

Seville Chicken Tapas (From Marie Sheppard in Chicago, IL)

Happy voting!

The Asian-inspired filling in the Piadinis would be a big hit with my family and the elegant presentation makes them perfect for company!  My vote went to the Asian-Spiced Cashew-Chicken Piadinis

I tried the asian spiced cashew chicken piadini's in this challange and liked them very much.  The site would not let me comment other than a reply.  Love the contest!

The Asian-Spiced Cashew Chicken Piadinis are the clear winner here, IMHO.  I love how it combines a fun take-out dinner taste (Cashew Chicken) with a stylish appearance.  They are much cuter than the tapas, which just look like a thousand other recipes (mini quiches, various cookies, muffins, etc.). Plus, I appreciate how easy they are to make: a charming little taste treat to take to parties that's quick!  That gets my vote!  [Y]

I actually made the Asian-Spiced Cashew-Chicken Piadinis before I voted because they looked so good!!  I know they're an appetizer but I served 2 piadinis with a salad and it was a delicious dinner--a BIG hit!  This recipe is current, delicious, and one that I'll certainly add to my repertoire!  Good luck!!
