Fruit Pizza

I noticed the recipe for the fruit pizza and wanted to add my variation which my family enjoys, especially on the holidays.

Bake the sugar cookie as directed on the pizza pan.  Let cool.

Using cream cheese and 10X sugar, blend together, add sugar to your taste, add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 stick of butter per 8 oz. of cream cheese. Use this as topping on the sugar pizza.

Next, drain a can of pineapple pieces and spread onto icing. Then drain and add one large can of fruit cocktail, add some cherries.

Top with coconut (kind of like the cheese topping on a pizza) then decorate with cherries and pecan halves.

Makes a wonderful holiday treat!!!

Re: Fruit Pizza

your fruit pizza sounds great and I plan to try it!  I have been using Watkins fruit pizza recipe and always get requests for the recipe.
