how do I get a crown on my cupcakes??

I would like to bake cupcakes and I am wondering if there is a trick to get the top to puff up or crown.  Mine are always flat! Thanks

I find that if i fill the muffin pan at least 3/4 full or even a bit more, it will make a pretty good crown. good luck!

I also find a slower cook helps it rise to a better crown as well.

Hi, When I make cupcakes or muffins, I use a large ice cream/cookie scoop. If you use the scoop all the cupcakes come out the same size. You can find the scoops in any store in the kitchen department. I love the scoops, I use them for cookies, cupcakes and muffins..good luck!
