Freezable Apple Desserts?

Our family just went apple-picking...As you can expect, we have an abundance of apples! I would like to make a few things using the apples. Can anyone suggest a few recipes that are easy for a non-baker like myself and also that I can freeze for Thanksgiving and Christmas? I'm thinking apple pie (can I make it, then freeze it?), cobbler, etc. Thank you!!

Just talked to the kitchens:

For Pillsbury, this page (the FAQs for pie crust) provides a good explanation for what freezes well, and includes instructions for freezing both before and after baking.  http://www.pillsbury.com/products/pie-crust/refrigerated/Pillsbury-Refrigerated-Pie-Crust-FAQS.htm   Apple pies freeze well both before and after baking.

Good to freeze:
Applesauce
Apple pies – some prefer to bake first; others prefer to freeze unbaked, if so, let sit at room temp uncovered about 30 minutes and then bake
Apple bars –
Apple cakes
Apple crisp – bake then freeze – lots of recipes on BC
Apple cobbler – can freeze after baking but quality on this one I feel is best warm from the oven
