Poll: What’s Your Biggest Halloween Challenge?

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays because I love the costumes and candy. Though, just like any holiday, comes a challenge or two. What's yours?

My biggest Hallowen challenge is trying to explain why my husband and I don't celebrate it.  Instead,my husband and I go the Fall Festival at church. We take our one year old son, with us and have lots of fun there!   There are still costumes that people were, but no scary ones are allowed. The judges pick the silliest costume, most creative costume, cutest costume, old fashioned costume, and so on.  Plus, there are funnel cakes, candy, and hotdogs to eat.     The other challenge for this night in October each year is deciding what kind of candy to donate to the church for the Fall Festival, how long to stay at the Festival itself, and what I should dress up as for it.   Now that we have a one year old, I have to decide what to have him dressed up as too. Then, when we get back from the Festival I usually give out some candy to the neighborhood children, and some gospel tracts to share the love of Jesus Christ with them.

Sometimes, I just don't know how MUCH candy to buy. This year we're in a new place so I'll have to guess. Sincerely, CC
