Chicken just washed good and salt heavy and let the grill do the rest' I would love some good simple rec.

I saw that beautiful slab of filleted salmon, and my cursor clicked it immediately!  I was SO surprised that so few people voted for seafood. We plan our weekly menu around the weather - whether we can grill or not - and we try to grill fish, or other seafood, at least once a week.

I LOVE my grill. 

I cook just about everything on it and use it year round. 

We pull it into the pourch during winter and drag it out to use it and put it back inside when it cools so that it doesn't get barried in snow and ice. LOL

Salmon,seasoned well with my favorite barbecue spice,a little olive oil or butter,cooked slightly underdone,let it sit a few minutes before serving.Assorted grilled vegetables,zucchini,onion,red bell pepper,mushrooms,etc.Deliscious!!

Chicken, using my dad's grilling sauce recipe from the 60's. It is fabulous. I fix it for guests all the time.

I love to grill steak with various marinades or dry rubs.  The best steaks for the grill at least in my opinion are chuck eye steak.

we love to grill steak with onions an jalepenos, and have a nice green salad on the side,

with all the fixins, homemade salsa and tortillias. And plenty of pop for the kids and beer for the men and wine for the ladies.

What about veggies?  That's my favorite.

New discovery Carrot Hot Dogs.  We found a recipe for marinated carrots online and were shocked at how hot dog like the flavor ends up.  The grill marks make it look more like a hot dog and the toppings just finish the job.  Superdelicious and shocking because most of the ingredients are what one would consider "asian" like soy sauce, peanut oil, ginger and garlic?  Mysterious but awesome.
