Tex-Mex food-we love it all.
stuffed jalapenos
1 can well-drained tuna
3-6 oz. cream cheese (light also works well)-room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream (light also works well)
2-3 minced green onions
salt & pepper to taste
2 or 3 dashes garlic powder
2or 3 dashes tabasco sauce or equivalent
12 jalapenos-seeded and ribbed (use gloves)
blend first 7 ingredients together then stuff the jalapenos and chill.
