Pineapple Pie, which was my Dad's favorite, too.

I love a tart rhubarb pie. Please don't ruin it with strawberries. Also anything with a custard filling; banana cream. coconut  cream.tart lemon meringue or orange cream.When berries are fresh in the summer I love a bluberry or bluberry/peach pie.

My mother in law makes the most divine apple pie with a nutty, sweet, crunchy, crumbly strudel topping!
