Holidays for Busy People

Whoever comes out with easy holiday bakeable items -- and features them in local grocery stores -- may hit a market niche jackpot. I'm sick of ready-to-bake chocolate chip cookies, what about Gingerbread Cookie Mix? Even Gingerbread dough. . . ? Variations thereof? How can the big companies miss this need?!

Re: Holidays for Busy People

I agree and have a cookie cutter solution for making multiple cookie cutouts with one press of the dough, but there is still the dough issue.  If gingerbread is what you are looking, I am sure the International Gingerbread Society could help.  I don't want to violate the rules with providing a link, but I'm sure you could google them.

Holiday is such a great time to make memories with little ones, but who really has the time anymore?  If you have a need for cookie speed, moms are very inventive and solutions are usually only a click away.

There is a company that has a good gingerbread mix.  Krusteaz is the company.
try http://www.krusteaz.com to find out if it is available in your area.
