So long old man winter! The
first day of spring is March 20th. With the new season brings a new batch of
ingredients that are in their prime season!
Things like Asparagus,
Strawberries, Rhubarb, Mint, and Artichokes are considered springtime
ingredients.
I look forward to grilling
Asparagus; adding Strawberries to my morning shakes; and even making my
yearly classic Rhubarb pie! Looking over the Pillsbury Recipes- the White Chocolate-Strawberry Yogurt Parfaits would be a fun way to bring in the season! Here are some more inspired spring meals. :)
