'Freezing Appitizers'

Freezing Appitizers

I am getting married in October. We are doing a simple reception after with appetizers and desserts. I was wondering if you can make up the appetizer recipes that use the biscuits and such ahead of time and freeze them to keep. I would like to start making things at least a month ahead of time so we don't have to be super stressed the week of the wedding. Has anyone tried this or have any suggestions?

Hi jenninoel! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, how exciting!

I spoke with the Kitchens and none of the recipes would be recommended to freeze any longer than 1 month. These recipes can be baked and frozen, then reheated at the last minute. Also, Pillsbury refrigerated doughs cannot be frozen unbaked or else it ruins the leaveners in the doughs.
