How Do You Celebrate Black History Month?

February is Black History Month.  It’s a great time to celebrate hope and change.  How have you celebrated?  Do you celebrate through the arts: music, dance, film or literature?  Travel and visit special museums or monuments?  Plan fun games and activities?

However you celebrate, make sure you do it with lots of good food!

Let B Smith help you get started with these quick Comfort Food Favorites from B. Smith: http://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/comfort-food-favorites-from-b-smith?WT.dcsvid=Mzk0MDIxNDk3MgS2&rvrin=28F769AF-7D20-48C0-9A32-77024BFCE1AB&WT.mc_id=Newsletter_2010_02_23, that include Slow Cooker Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie, Twice-Baked Sweet Potato Casserole with Bacon, Smothered Chicken and Gravy (Makeover), Macaroni and Cheese Makeover, and Grands! Easy Peach Shortcakes, mmm!

I can’t wait to try the Grands!® Chicken and Dumplings, it looks so simple and tasty! http://www.pillsbury.com/Recipes/ShowRecipe.aspx?rid=12324
