Lactose-Free Desserts Please

Hi, I realize I am responding to an old posting, but that Pumpkin-Pecan Pie you referred to sounds wonderful.  I am looking for different pies and deserts to take to my daughter's for Thanksgiving.   It is her first time to hostess the Day.  She is recently married and I want it to be unique for her.  Help her set some new family favorites for her new family.  It will be quite a lively group in which three of the main characters are lactose intolerant.  But she and I decided that they will load up on their, whatever they take, just so they can eat whatever and not get sick.  Even so, I am try not to use that much milk.  mo[;)]

Hi Mo,

Have you thought about an orange juice pound cake? Instead of using milk for the liquid simply substitute OJ. It really is fabulous.
