hi i was wondering what cheeses would go well with fried green tomatoes

I think adding a parmesean cheese would be good added to the breading.  Zucchini done the same way tastes very good.
On top after fried I think a sprinkle of parm would be good. 
Some mozarella melted on top after they are fried would be good. (what doesn't taste good with melted mozarella on top of it?)

I've seen a few of recipes here and there using goat cheese. Here are some goat cheese recipes on here that I bet you could add or switch in the tomatoes for. :) After you try different cheeses- can you tell us which one you thought was best?
