Easter is right around the corner! I love being
around family and enjoying a big meal. [:)]
In my family we end up having the classic kielbasa and ham as the main meats and have plenty of sides. I love making sandwiches with
the left over Pillsbury rolls the
next day (with a little lots of mustard!).
Which brings up the question: How do you get
creative with your ham leftovers?
What are you making with your left over Holiday Ham?
1.
Breakfast and Brunch the next day! i.e Ham and eggs
and biscuits (oh, my!).
2.
Lunch: i.e Ham Sandwiches
3.
Diced up for a big pot of soup or stew!
4. Dinner: i.e. Baking it in a pasta or casserole
