Christmas Cookies

I was wondering. The Christmas cookies that Pillsbury puts out each year; the ones with the Christmas trees and reindeer already on them; you just put them on the cookie sheet and bake. Can you purchase those at any time of the year? They are often sold out of stores very quickly and I was wondering if you can get these kinds of cookies year-round.

Thanks for your help! Tongue Tied

Re: Christmas Cookies

Hi Happy1914:

The cookies come out with the seasonal images. Have you talked to your supermarket manager about this issue? Others have had luck with this.

Also, have you seen this? Thought it might fun when you are baking.

Finally, have you checked this out to see if another store might carry it?

Hope this helps! Happy Holidays!

Sincerely, Cate

WOW! Thanks so much! I will go to these sites. Thank you for such great information. By the way; Thursday I have our Annual Cookie Decorating Day with my niece's children (8 years old and under) This is such a fun time that I look forward to each year--and the kids have so much fun. I have pictures of their "creations"! If anyone has children or grandchildren or ANY children, this is a fun tradition to start!! (When they're a bit older, we will have a "Christmas Cookie BAKING Day!!"And the rest of the family loves the cookies they take home!! Big Smile

Oh, yes! I have already been to the downloads. They are so cute! I also have a picture of the dough boy on my desktop that I made in this site. He's so cute sitting there smiling at me every day. MAKES MY DAY!!

Re: Christmas Cookies

Happy -

These cookies are treated as 'one time (seasonal) buys' as far as the stores are concerned.

The holiday cookies are gone. The shelves are now stocked with the Valentine cookies. Following that will be the St. Patrick's Day shamrock cookie.

AND - Then, the Easter cookies will appear.

Pillsbury has a year long campaign of seasonal themes for these great cookies.

So, the short answer to your question is, NO!
