cookie mix to cake

I picked up a pouch of gingerbread mix for the holidays thinking it was for gingerBREAD and have realized that it is actually gingerbread COOKIE mix.  Anyone have any idea how to adapt this cookie mix to a cake???  I am not a cutout cookie person.

Hmmm... well this is how Betty Crocker did it:

I would go to this site and look for more info, or call the Customer Service number on the back. They may have a recipe that isn't on the site.

Hope this helps!

Rosie, you might also try this. I found it on Betty Crocker and it sounds good.

My suggestion would be to skip the cookie making part.   You might want to try this.  Mix the cookie mix as stated in the recipe above, pat ALL into pan, spread it with one or two cans of pumpkin or apple pie filling, then bake, and cool.  Then mix the cream cheese part up, put on  top and chill.
