I'm A New Pillsbury Member

Greetings Everyone & Happy Autumn,

I found this site and was very interested in looking up great recipes for children, since I'm a Nanny. It's wonderful to see such beautiful smiles on the children's faces when they partake in assisting with helping me in the kitchen. I always enjoyed cooking since I was a little girl, and my grandma would always allow me to assist her in the kitchen for all meals, and I'm very grateful for that. Having a nutritious meal not only for children, but for adults as well. Speaking of myself, with having Fibromyalgia,   I must be creative in preparing all my meals, which includes the famous snacks/desserts.

Looking forward to making friends, sharing & collecting great recipes.

Have A Terrific Day!!

Welcome! SweetOceanBlue!

I am also a new member, plus I am trying to get used to the internet.  I do not want to be rude in any way...But where are you from. I am from planet Oklahoma.  I am unfamiliar with Fibromyalgia, though I have heard of it.  What diet requirements are there?  Also, though I no longer have any children at Home, I do like to see them eat well.  My kids thought Macaroni and cheese with hot dogs were an exotic dish.  Serve them an artichoke or Brussel Sprouts and that was just dinner.  They still eat like that to this day.  I respect your stamina and dedication to your profession.  I can't help with the kids, but would be happy to look out for healthy recipes for all of you.  sincerely Mo5410[:D]

Re: I'm A New Pillsbury Member

I'm a new member and we have tried several of the crescent roll recipes. Our favorite is the Breakfast Quiche recipe which we have made in regular size muffin pans. We make 6 with 2 rolls left over and have changed the ingredients each time (ham, spinach, onions & cheese last time). They make a great dinner - one per person as they are so rich. Only problem is that they have hydrogenated oils in them which we avoid completey and use Walmart store brand which does not have this ingredient.

Would love to see Pillsbury remove all hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup from its products.
