making quickbread mini-loaves
I purchased some ceramic holiday mini-loaf pans for $1 each at a craft store. I would like to bake Pillsbury cranberry quick bread mix mini-loaves in these ceramic pans and then wrap them in festive Christmas cellophane wrap to give to several coworkers as a small Christmas giftie.
Can anyone tell me how many of these ceramic pans I could put in the oven at one time, and at what temperature and timing to get the best results? I'm sure the cooking time has to be much less than for a regular 8X4 or 9X5 metal bake pan.
