I used to love your Crescent Rolls but had not used them in quite a few years.  I bought a 4 pack at Costco and just baked a pack this evening.  I was so, so disappointed.  They do not have the flavor or texture of what I remember.  Has Pillsbury changed the recipe?  I ended up just throwing them out.  Individual can MS 2 J11 18:52 exp 12 JAN 2012   Outer box ?  B:I 2057 JS

I agree...they are no longer flakey and light. The dough is heavy. And they have an almost uncooked texture inside when done.

I agree with you. I had quit years back in leiu of generic/store brand.  The cheaper version was a better product quite frankly and less money to boot.  Anyway, I had some good coupon deals so I bought a few packages.  Will not make that mistake again.  I followed the baking instructions but they were all but raw still.  Put them back in the oven and the outside was beautiful inside was a different story. We did not eat them either.  The kids peeled them off the hot dogs and ate the dogs only.  They were the only roll left in the basket on Thanksgiving...Something is very wrong with them.

are you sure you got the original.  They have different offerings now, the low fat are not so great and the BIG are hard to get cooked in the middle but we've never had a problem with the original.  My little one peels it off the hot dog too but that's just to eat it first.

These were the original cresent rolls.  We threw them all out.  Really awful!!LLN
