Hello,

I have used pillsbury products for years & soooo many of my  avorite recipes are "pillsbury" based. Like so many others I have had to try to stay gluten free for health reasons.

I think you would have a gold mine if you could come up with your pie dough, pastry doughs, crscent rolls etc in gluten free.  I know it would be a major undertaking, but there are alot of people out there who would LOVE it. Please, please consider taking this to the drawing board.
