crescent rolls

Every time I bake cresent rolls, I seem to burn the bottoms if I leave them in the oven for the total bake time.  How can I avoid burning them?

Re: crescent rolls

Just talked to Donna customer service. She has asked you call the 1-800 number because they have more questions they want to ask you:

Types of things they will ask to help you:

·        Where she has the baking rack in the oven?

·        What type of pan she is using?

·        She said every time she bakes crescent rolls, they burn. Does she try any other rolls of ours and they work fine?  Or, has she never tried any other PB Rolls?

·        What type of oven does she have?  (Conventional or convection.)

·        What time and temp is she using?

·        We also need to determine what product she has or if this is a recipe.

Now, how to contact them!
