Re: Cooking For Two: What is your favorite thing to grill in the summer?

I like to grill some type of sausage and serve that with onions, peppers and a melted chees, either provolone or swiss. I invite guests choose a bun, to load up their sausages and then choose their cheese and then I put the subs back on the grill to melt the cheese and warm the buns. I try to find new and interesting bun choices from local bakeries or the farmers markets to offer. On the table there is always lettuce and tomatoes if they are in season. Of course, you must have pot salad or pasta salad to go with the sausage rolls. Yummy, can't wait for the real summertime to start this tradition again. It is cold and rainy here today so there will be no bbqing tonite. BW

Hi, I am new to this place, I love to cook and bake, so this is a neat place for me to go. I love to cook anything on the grill, now that we are getting things from our garden, I love veggies on the grill. We just tried the drunken chicken for the 1st time. WOW that is sooo wonderful. I will return for sure.
