Hi,
I’ve raised three wonderful sons that are gone out into the world. I have worked for thirty-two years and now I have returned to school. Therefore, I need some good recipes that are quick and nutritional for the two of us. I have been cooking huge ‘casseroles’ that would last for at least two days and then start over with another. Our life and diet have changed.
