salt-as per taste

oil- 2-3 tbsp

tomatoes- 2small ones chopped finely

method:

In a wok /pan heat the oil . Add the onions and fry till light golden . then add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. throw in the peppers and saute for 2 mins . mix in the chilly ,coriander and turmeric powder. then saute till you smell the aroma of the powders well. mix in the tomatoes and stir till the tomatoes cook. add the salt. then stir in the paneer and cook till becomes dry approx for (5-8 mins).add the lime juice and stir in the cilantro leaves.
