I do the same thing!
It works out wonderfully.
Something new I learned this past year is freezing breakfast gravy. It thaws beautifully and is so great when
you only have so much room but would love some biscuits and gravy to go with eggs and hashbrowns.
Awesome for less mess on Sunday big breakfast day!
