Valentine Simplicity but Not Boring
I have arranged a surprise two-night getaway at a local luxury suites motel over Valentine's weekend for my husband and me. I am paying for the weekend out of money I have saved from my household budget for the last couple of months. One way I am making my savings go a bit farther is by planning to serve one lite meal in our suite, which has a mini-fridge and a microwave in it. What can I serve that will be special but not labor intensive en suite? A salad meal does not seem particularly special to me, but I can't seem to move beyond that idea. Tme is running out, and I need help!
