Meatloaf for two

Hi,

Awhile back there was a recipe for a real simple leatloaf.  You made it in 2 tin shells you get from Walmart.  It had 1/2 pound of ground beef, onions, saltines etc.  For the topping it had ketchup, brown sugar etc.

Does anyone have this recipe, I lost it.

Thanks

Hi, @srr242! Welcome to the forum! This recipe pretty closely matches the one you're describing, except it uses bread crumbs rather than saltines (though, you could substitute saltines for bread crumbs without any problem). www.pillsbury.com/.../1b2d26d4-b93b-43b2-aac4-87ae1fd1afdd We hope this helps!
