Take classic pizza toppings, and sandwich them between layers of tender, thin pizza crust. Doubly delicious!

INGREDIENTS
2cans (11 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust
1/2cup pizza sauce
1/2lb bulk Italian sausage
1/4cup chopped onion
1/2cup sliced pepperoni
1/2cup red bell pepper, cut into 2x1/2-inch strips
1 1/2cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
1/4teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
1tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet. Unroll 1 can of dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
2.Spread pizza sauce on dough. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Spoon evenly over sauce. Top with pepperoni, bell pepper and cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
3.Unroll remaining can of dough. Place on cheese, stretching to cover. Brush with olive oil.
4.Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
