INGREDIENTS
2teaspoons butter or margarine
1/4cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
2frozen soft white dinner rolls (from 12.4-oz bag)
1/2cup milk
2eggs
1teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8teaspoon onion salt
1/8teaspoon pepper
3slices Canadian bacon, chopped (3 oz)
1/2cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
DIRECTIONS
1.In 8-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook bell pepper and broccoli in butter 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
2.Spray 1-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cut each roll into 1/2-inch cubes. In large bowl, beat milk, eggs, mustard, onion salt and pepper with wire whisk; stir in broccoli mixture, bread cubes, bacon and cheese. Pour into casserole. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 8 hours.
3.Heat oven to 350°F. Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
