INGREDIENTS
2frozen crusty French or crusty wheat dinner rolls (from 12.4-oz bag)
1tablespoon honey
1/3cup Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free strawberry yogurt
2cups baby spinach leaves
1cup sliced strawberries
1/2cup crumbled blue cheese (4 oz)
2tablespoons coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
1teaspoon butter or margarine, softened
1/8teaspoon poppy seed
DIRECTIONS
1.Bake rolls as directed on bag. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together honey and yogurt. Arrange spinach leaves on 2 individual salad plates. Top with strawberries; sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle yogurt mixture over salad.
2.Remove rolls from oven. Brush with butter; sprinkle with poppy seed. Serve warm with salad.
