A brown sugar streusel topping adds a new twist to traditional pumpkin pie. Refrigerated pie crust makes it easy!
Before baking, cover crust edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix streusel ingredients. Remove pie from oven. Remove foil strips; sprinkle streusel over pumpkin filling. Return to oven; bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
