lb. purchased macaroni and cheese (from deli)
1/4
cup real bacon pieces
1/4
cup sliced marinated sun-dried tomatoes
3
tablespoons Progresso® Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1
tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1
tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
1.
Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray two 12-oz. individual ovenproof casseroles or ramekins with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine macaroni and cheese, bacon and tomatoes; stir gently to mix. Spoon evenly into sprayed casseroles.
2.
In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, chives and margarine; mix well. Sprinkle over each casserole.
3.
Bake at 375ºF. for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
