INGREDIENTS
4oz uncooked spaghetti
4oz fresh snow pea pods, trimmed, cut diagonally into thirds
1/2medium red bell pepper, cut into thin lengthwise strips
1/2lb cooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1/2cup Thai peanut sauce
DIRECTIONS
1.Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Rinse with cold water to cool.
2.Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine pea pods, bell pepper, shrimp and peanut sauce. Add cooked spaghetti; toss gently to mix.
